FMG are looking for Sales and Service Superstars with roles within our Service Centre and Agribusiness Centre based in Christchurch. These roles are more than simply “answering the phone”, you will be the voice of FMG and will be the first point of contact for new or existing clients. You will be talking with our clients daily – answering queries, selling insurance products, problem solving and ensuring we continue to deliver on our promise of ‘providing FMG clients with a world class service experience’ and ensuring all their insurance needs are met!

We are currently recruiting for the following roles: Rural Consultant. Since 1905 FMG has been protecting the interests of rural New Zealand. These are full time roles (37.5 hours per week), with set scheduled shifts across five days Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 8pm and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Saturdays. Salaries start between $53,000 and $61,000 per annum, with yearly pay reviews and a mid-year review within your first year. Applications close 5pm, Sunday 15th February 2026. If you are shortlisted, you will receive an email invitation to an Assessment Centre being held on Wednesday 25th February 2026.
