Senior National Account Manager – Grocery Multiples Β£65,000 – Β£75,000 | Central London – 2 days per week Company This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, sustainability led FMCG challenger brand operating within the household, hygiene and personal care space. Role The Senior National Account Manager will take ownership of key grocery multiple relationships, managing and developing strategic retail partnerships to drive profitable growth. The role will involve full P&L responsibility, building and executing customer business plans, leading JBPs, negotiating terms, managing promotional plans, driving distribution gains and working cross-functionally with marketing, category, supply chain and finance. This is a highly visible commercial role where the successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape customer strategy, unlock new opportunities and play a key part in growing a distinctive challenger brand within major UK retail. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing UK grocery multiple accounts within FMCG. Experience gained in a smaller business, start-up, scale-up or SME environment would be particularly relevant, where candidates have had to be hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially agile. Product experience within non-food FMCG would be highly advantageous, particularly across categories such as household, toiletries, beauty, personal care or homewares. This role would suit a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager who enjoys building brands, developing retailer relationships and making a tangible impact within a growing business.
