We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join a fast-growing food manufacturer known for its award-winning product range, supplied to both UK and international retailers.
In this role, you’ll take charge of all production operations during the PM shift, managing a dedicated team while ensuring products consistently meet the highest quality standards. You’ll foster a strong culture of Continuous Improvement and lead projects that enhance efficiency and site performance.
