We are currently recruiting for a Product Developer to join a high-growth wellness and supplements brand based in central London. The company has quickly become a category leader and is continuing to scale at pace, with an ambitious innovation pipeline planned for the year ahead.
This role will be responsible for developing new products from concept to launch. You will manage key NPD projects, working closely with both internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure successful delivery. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in shaping the future product range.
Key experience required:
  • Degree in Food Science or related subject
  • Experience in developing food & beverage products from concept to launch
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with third-party manufacturers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • A strong interest in food trends and consumer insight
