We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturing business based in North London. This is a key role within the business, where you’ll take complete ownership of the company’s Food Safety and Quality Management System.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems, leading audits, managing HACCP and SALSA requirements. This is a hands-on position for an experienced QA professional who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The successful Quality Assurance Manager will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing quality and food safety systems within food or beverage manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation.
  • Experienced in SALSA or BRC certification management and audit preparation.
  • Skilled in managing non-conformances, customer complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Confident leading internal and supplier audits, maintaining documentation, and delivering training across teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small but rapidly expanding business with exciting plans in place to move to a new facility and gain BRC certification. The role is based on-site four days per week with one day WFH.
