We're on the lookout for a talented and handsāon Reporting and Consolidations Manager to join our dynamic team, following an internal promotion. This is a superb opportunity to support the growth of a prestigious luxury brand.
About the Role
The Reporting and Consolidations Manager will report directly to the Finance Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring permanent IFRS compliance, as well as overseeing both internal and external consolidated financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a key driver of change, providing direction, managing system enhancements, and handling administrative tasks autonomously. A strong technical background and teamāoriented mindset will be crucial to the success in this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Month end / Year end, in collaboration with the FP&A and Finance controllers of each company:
- Coordination of the reporting provided by all of our companies into our centralized reporting system
- Role of Finance controller for holding companies
- Group calendar and deadlines management
- Analysis and review of the reporting sent by our subsidiaries
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Consolidation IFRS
- Balance sheet, Net debt and working capital forecast, covenant compliance
- Consolidated analysis on sales (volume/price effects), gross margin, SG&A and Balance Sheet
- Deal with Audit requests
- Budget: Coordination of the budget and forecast calendar (simulations and modifications)
- Definition of the main consolidation assumptions
- Systems: Project: Improve the current reporting system for consolidation and budget simulation
What we are looking for:
- Qualified with extensive experience in management and financial accounting.
- Expertise in IFRS consolidation, multiācurrency transactions, and transfer pricing
- Strong background in management reporting and leading technical consolidation teams.
- Proficient in inventory consolidation.
- Skilled in using IBM Planning Analytics or similar tools for reporting, consolidation, and budgeting
- Handsāon approach with excellent problemāsolving abilities.
- Highly proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Detailāoriented with a focus on accuracy and firstātimeāright outcomes.
- Able to multitask and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
- Adherence to strict deadlines and processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity.
