FMCG jobs are thrilled to partner with a premium, award-winning beverage brand looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to join their growing team!

Why This Role?

  • Be a trusted advisor, driving people strategy and performance
  • Support across two dynamic sites – 3 days in Basingstoke, 1 day in central London
  • Own the full employee lifecycle – from ER and recruitment to onboarding and development
  • Lead exciting projects including a new HR/payroll system and investors in People accreditation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven HR experience with strong ER and multi-site exposure
  • FMCG, retail or hospitality background a plus
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Able to travel between Basingstoke and London weekly
