With an innovative SaaS element and ambitious expansion plans, the business is entering an exciting period of transformation and is seeking a hands‑on, commercially astute Fractional/Contract CFO to play a key role in shaping its growth and success. The Role
- Lead the finance function, including management accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee stock management, supply chain, and operational processes, identifying opportunities to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
- Introduce and improve systems, processes, and procedures to support sustainable growth.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insight to the leadership team to support strategic decision‑making and commercial initiatives.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing financial models, investor materials, and engaging with potential investors or lenders.
- Mentor and develop finance and operational teams, building capability and performance across the business.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing pragmatic, solutions‑focused guidance.
Ideal Candidate
- We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with proven CFO experience in retail or consumer‑focused businesses.
