This is an exciting opportunity for a pro‑active and analytically minded professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to drive impactful financial insights across a portfolio of prestigious brands, reporting directly to the FP&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crucial support to the FP&A team during peak periods such as month-end and budgeting cycles.
- Assist the commercial team with tailored reporting needs, including business plans and wholesale reports.
- Deliver weekly sales reports, analyse variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and tools to equip stakeholders with real‑time, data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- Handle ad‑hoc commercial requests with precision and speed, adding value to the team’s efforts.
- Offer clear, accurate explanations and propose improvements to enhance management processes.
About You
You’re a seasoned Finance Analyst, ideally ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (part‑qualified candidates will also be considered). Experience in the retail, luxury goods, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
You will need to be comfortable at challenging the status quo, multitasking with precision, and maintaining a focus on accuracy. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong partnerships across various business functions. Advanced MS Excel skills and robust financial modelling experience are essential, as you’ll be expected to identify inconsistencies and drive efficiency improvements.
