FMCG jobs are thrilled to partner with a premium, award-winning beverage brand looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to join their growing team!
Why This Role?
- Be a trusted advisor, driving people strategy and performance
- Support across two dynamic sites – 3 days in Basingstoke, 1 day in central London
- Own the full employee lifecycle – from ER and recruitment to onboarding and development
- Lead exciting projects including a new HR/payroll system and investors in People accreditation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience with strong ER and multi-site exposure
- FMCG, retail or hospitality background a plus
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Able to travel between Basingstoke and London weekly
