We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy and results-driven Finance Analyst to join their dynamic FP&A team. This is an exciting opportunity for a pro‑active and analytically minded professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to drive impactful financial insights across a portfolio of prestigious brands, reporting directly to the FP&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crucial support to the FP&A team during peak periods such as month-end and budgeting cycles.
- Assist the commercial team with tailored reporting needs, including business plans and wholesale reports.
- Deliver weekly sales reports, analyse variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and tools to equip stakeholders with real‑time, data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- Handle ad‑hoc commercial requests with precision and speed, adding value to the team’s efforts.
- Offer clear, accurate explanations and propose improvements to enhance management processes.
About You
- You’re a seasoned Finance Analyst, ideally ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (part‑qualified candidates will also be considered).
- Experience in the retail, luxury goods, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
- You will need to be comfortable at challenging the status quo, multitasking with precision, and maintaining a focus on accuracy.
- The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong partnerships across various business functions.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and robust financial modelling experience are essential, as you’ll be expected to identify inconsistencies and drive efficiency improvements.
