This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you can influence strategy, drive efficiencies, and help shape the future of a dynamic business.
The Role: We are looking for a qualified CFO who is happy to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You will lead the finance function while also working across operations to improve processes, optimise stock management, and drive operational excellence.
- Lead the finance function, including management accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Introduce and improve systems, processes, and procedures to support sustainable growth.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insight to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making and commercial initiatives.

- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing pragmatic, solutions-focused guidance.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with proven CFO experience in retail or consumer-focused businesses. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a real difference, not just reporting numbers from behind a desk. The right person will have:
- Solid operational experience, including stock management, supply chain, and improving processes to make the business run more smoothly.
- A track record of driving efficiencies and implementing scalable systems that support growth.
- Experience in supporting business expansion and leading fundraising initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Commercial flair and pragmatism, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues.
This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded finance leader who wants to be at the heart of a rapidly growing retail and SaaS business, someone who thrives on challenge, can influence at all levels, and is excited by the opportunity to shape the business's future.
