GVA Search is proud to be partnering a dynamic, fast-growing international FMCG company in Hampshire as an FP&A Analyst for International Markets. This role is crucial in driving business performance insights and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of mature and developing markets.

This role would suit an ambitious and driven individual with excellent communication skills, who is at ease working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and comfortable challenging key business decisions. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience of SAP and advanced MS Excel; able to produce financial models and work accurately with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and analyse consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and working capital reports. Deliver accurate, insightful reporting for month-end close, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
  • Business Performance: Analyse financial and non-financial data to identify performance drivers. Implement dashboards and KPIs for ongoing measurement.
  • Data Management & Systems: Maintain and enhance financial planning systems. Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy. Play a key role in the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Support & Collaboration: Assist the Senior Business Performance Manager (SBPM) in preparing financial reports, presentations, and scenario planning to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with 2-3 years post qualification experience. You will have relevant commercial business partnering experience, preferably in the FMCG, Retail and or multi-site experience.
