We’re looking for a Quality Auditor to join our Added Value team in Leicester. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the site.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out quality audits against GMP, HACCP, QMS and food safety standards.
- Complete product sampling, testing and quality documentation.
- Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions.
- Support product launches, NPD trials and customer complaint investigations.
- Verify food safety controls, calibrate equipment and help maintain audit readiness.
- Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to drive quality improvements.
About You
- Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or auditing is desirable.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with a flexible approach.
