We are looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems within a high-care food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, TACCP and retailer standards, leading audits, managing customer relationships and driving a strong culture of food safety and quality across the site. This role will initially support our Hilltop site, before transitioning to our Ratby Lane site later this year as part of a major site integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and improving site Quality Management Systems
- Leading internal and external audits (BRC, customer, regulatory)
- Maintaining HACCP, VACCP & TACCP plans
- Managing customer complaints, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Driving continuous improvement through KPIs and audit insights
- Acting as the key technical contact for customers
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Quality Systems role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards
- Internal auditing experience (Lead Auditor desirable)
- Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills
