We are looking for a Quality Manager who will work closely with our Operations and Technical teams to ensure that everything we produce is safe, compliant, and consistently exceptional. You will lead our Quality Assurance function on site, managing systems, processes, and people to drive quality standards forward while supporting continuous improvement across the factory.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Operations to ensure product safety, legality, and quality at all times
- Lead and develop the Quality Assistant and QA team, ensuring high standards of diligence
- Own and manage factory technical procedures and raw material quality systems
- Take key decisions on quality and food safety issues, escalating where needed
- Lead monthly quality meetings and drive site-wide improvements
- Ensure robust auditing programmes (GMP, hygiene, fabrication, glass)
