A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Key Account Manager to join the team in their Foodservice and Manufacturing space.

This is a fantastic opportunity designed for someone with proven Foodservice channel experience, who is ready to take on account responsibility and grow into a more senior role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a portfolio of Foodservice and Manufacturing customers.
  • Build strong relationships across independent, restaurant, catering, and manufacturing accounts.
  • Learn and understand the organisation’s systems, structure, and customer base in preparation for a future NAM-level role.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day account management.
  • Contribute to channel success through strong commercial awareness and results-driven activity.
  • Operate effectively within a competitive environment, meeting agreed targets and supporting business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record within the Foodservice channel and account management.
  • Experience selling into manufacturers (advantageous).
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to converse at all levels.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Results-oriented with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ambition to progress into a higher-level commercial role within 18–24 months.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
