We are working with a growing, multi-site service business seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead and develop a key region across the South of England. This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and people, offering the opportunity to drive significant growth and transformation within a well-established business.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a regional business unit, with responsibility for delivering sustainable growth, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing leadership team. You will oversee multiple operational sites and lead both commercial and service delivery functions, ensuring consistent execution, strong customer outcomes, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
  • Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and customer retention
  • Leading and developing multi-site operational teams
  • Improving service delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Managing and coaching a team of managers to deliver against KPIs
  • Strengthening pipeline performance, conversion, and commercial discipline
