The role

As the successful Revenue Growth Lead you will be in a highly visible commercial role focused on driving revenue growth through pricing, promotions, and performance insight. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category, you’ll shape strategy, deliver clear, data-led recommendations, and play a key role in how the business achieves profitable growth. The ideal fit

  • Have experience within a Revenue Growth / Commercial Strategy role
  • Commercial mindset
  • Account Management experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
  • Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
  • Self starter

Salary: Up to £75,000 plus bonus, and an attractive benefits package.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in West London HQ
