The role As the Social Media Manager you will be a critical part of a growing team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement and drive traffic / sales. You will be expected to create compelling content that resonates with the brands target audience. You will be given full autonomy to initiate brand collaborations and partnerships, competitions and giveaways. If you’re that type of person that constantly thrives on content creation as well as having a passion for beauty brands, then this could be the one… Requirements: You will have experience in a Social Media role in an ‘on trend’ environment, ideally Beauty, Fashion or lifestyle brands. Be an expert on Social Media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc Must be able to roll your sleeves up day 1 and get the job done Experience with Tik Tok Lives and Tik Tok Shop Idea generator – think outside the box and able to show and look for opportunities that haven’t been thought of Love content creation Be comfortable working with brands on the way up so not necessarily always with big budgets to go and spend. Show a strong sense of curiosity and initiative Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 plus benefits package. Location: Remote. Access to London would be ideal due to agencies & Studio.
