Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional looking to take ownership of an end-to-end operation in a growing business
We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead our UK & Ireland supply chain, ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time, and at the right cost.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established business operating in the Outdoor DIY and Garden Equipment sector.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end supply chain from overseas manufacturing through to customer delivery.
- Driving demand planning, inventory management and forecasting to maximise product availability.
- Managing international logistics, freight, customs and import operations.
- Building strong relationships with global suppliers, freight partners and our outsourced 3PL warehouse.
- Monitoring and improving key operational KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, warehouse performance and customer service.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and support business growth.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Services to deliver exceptional service during peak seasonal trading
What we're looking for
- Proven Supply Chain Management experience within Outdoor Power Equipment, DIY, Garden Equipment, Consumer Durables, Industrial Products or a similar sector.
- Experience managing outsourced 3PL providers.
- Strong demand planning and inventory management expertise.
- International sourcing and logistics experience, including Far East supply chains.
- Knowledge of sea freight, customs and import processes.
- Strong ERP systems experience with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- A commercially minded, proactive leader who enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
