The role:
As the successful Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of our clients' key Top 4 Grocery and Discounter customers, with full P&L. You will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth within your customers. With recent growth, there are exceptional opportunities to develop your career in a recognised premium brand that is growing. This is the ideal stepping stone into a Sales Controller role.
The ideal fit:
- Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent
- Had experience managing a P&L within Top 4 Grocery and/or Discounters
- Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
- Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
- Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
- Self-starter
Salary: £70,000 plus benefits package, including bonus, fully expensed company car and other company benefits.
Location: Circa 3 days in North London HQ, 2 days home.
