The Role
This is a senior, hands-on Sales Director position with full accountability for revenue performance across service- and contract-based offerings. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a long-term commercial strategy, driving predictable revenue growth through new contract acquisition, renewals and expansion of existing customer relationships. The role combines strategic leadership with direct involvement in major opportunities, negotiations and customer engagements. In addition, you will build, lead and develop a high-performing sales and account management team, embedding a culture of accountability, value-led selling and customer focus.

- Proven experience in a Sales Director / Head of Sales-level role
- Strong background in contract-led, recurring-revenue business models
- Track record of delivering predictable growth through long-term customer relationships
- Confident leading senior-level negotiations and strategic customer discussions
- Commercially astute, with strong forecasting, pipeline and performance discipline
- Experienced people leader, capable of building and developing high-calibre teams
