Our client, a well-established and respected family-owned business in the premium food solutions sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio and drive growth across the vibrant London hospitality market.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Stadia & Events, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing key accounts while identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and delivering high-end food solutions from a purpose-built production kitchen and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise commercial opportunities within existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans.
- Accurately forecast product demand and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company as the go-to solution for culinary needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Deliver against budgeted targets in gross profit and volume.
- Lead strategic menu development and product promotions to drive sales.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and conduct structured client meetings.

Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B food service.

- Previous experience as a chef or in a culinary environment.

This is a remote role with regular travel across the London area. Monthly travel to the company’s head office near Glasgow is required.
