Our client are market leaders within food manufacturing and due to company growth, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to join the team in the Lincolnshire area.

What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit a Production Shift Supervisor to support the production team. The most important element for us is strong leadership skills, coupled with an understanding of health & hygiene and a genuine desire to work in the food industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the production operation
- Supervising team resource allocation
- Daily KPI reporting
- Driving performance by motivating the team and leading by example
- Communicating the production plan to ensure requirements are met
- Responsible for training staff within the working environment
