What You’ll Do
Commercial Support & Customer Management
- Build a strong, collaborative relationship with the Grocery Senior National Account Manager
- Support commercial tasks including reporting, promotions planning and admin
- Maintain accurate product information, calendars, and systems across both businesses
- Track and analyse KPIs including sales, service, distribution and promotional performance
- Work closely with Grocery Buying Admin and Supply Chain teams
- Create customer presentations, performance reviews and sales insight reports
Supply Chain Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day link between our client and customer Supply Chain
- Deliver brilliant basics including daily service updates, Connect reporting, weekly reviews, and supply outlooks
- Manage inflight shortages and TIMS updates for both parties
Insight, Accuracy & Decision Support
- Deliver clear, intelligent insight on supply constraints, risks and opportunities
- Verify data accuracy to maintain high standards across systems and communication
- Align forecasts and volumes through collaboration with forecasting and commercial teams
Issue Resolution & Supply Recovery
- Lead recovery plans to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Be the first point of contact for all our customer supply issues
- Drive mitigation plans with clear tracking and cross‑functional alignment
Promotional & Seasonal Execution
- Own flawless execution of promotions from setup to delivery
- Test orders and ensure both businesses are promo‑ready
- Lead planning for key events including Easter and Christmas
- Track seasonal volumes and identify risks, impacts and solutions
- Drive supply chain improvement projects with measurable benefits
- Support innovation, rebrands, and product changes across branded and private label products
- Conduct store visits to find opportunities for ongoing improvement
