We’re looking for a driven National Account Manager to join a fast-paced, market leading, premium, branded FMCG food business operating within the UK and international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established NAM to join a growing business with excellent opportunity for career development.
The Role
- Managing and growing key convenience and grocery accounts, delivering strong commercial performance while building lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing key national accounts
- Creating and delivering joint business plans
- Leading forecasting, pricing, and P&L management across your accounts
- Driving NPD listings, distribution, and category growth
- Negotiating effectively to maximise profit, volume, and market share
- Working cross-functionally with category, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams
- Managing key commercial projects and ensuring delivery against targets
Proven experience in FMCG sales within the UK grocery channel
- Currently operating at NAM level
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with strong analytical and planning skills
- A proactive, energetic approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
