The Role
As the successful Marketing Manager you will be expected to build relationships with content creators, both current and prospects. You will be responsible for connecting with our audience and developing partnerships that address their own unique challenges. Developing cost-effective marketing through brand integrations, sponsored posts, testimonials, and referral programs. Along with your creator expertise with data-driven decision making, you'll deliver measurable results through innovative partnerships, referral programs, and marketing initiatives that build a thriving community.
The successful Marketing Manager you will have:
- Current experience in a Marketing Manager / Community Manager type role.
- MUST experience with influencer marketing, partnership development, or creator relations.
- Exceptional influencing skills, you must be a do-er, problem solver and trouble shooter.
- First class presentation and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience running online communities.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Track record of securing favourable partnership terms.
Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits package
