The Role
Reporting into the leadership team, you’ll take full ownership of the Out of Home channel, with responsibility for the full P&L. You’ll lead from the front in driving growth across Foodservice, Convenience, and Wholesale, building new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and unlocking new revenue streams.
This role calls for someone commercially astute, creative in their approach, and relentless in execution. You’ll be at your best when spotting new opportunities and finding different ways to engage customers in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Proven commercial leader with strong ownership mindset
Deep experience across OOH / Foodservice channels
Comfortable operating at pace in a scaling business
"Own it, drive it" mentality with a hands-on approach
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivery
Evidence of creativity and success in winning new business
Salary: Up to £85,000 plus benefits package (including equity)
