Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of a London-based business unit, responsible for delivering sustainable growth, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing leadership team. You will oversee multiple sites across London, leading both commercial and service delivery functions to ensure consistent execution, strong customer outcomes, and robust financial performance within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
  • Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and customer retention
  • Leading and developing multi-site operational teams across London
