We're working with a thriving fresh produce supplier that's expanding its footprint across the London area. They're now looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join their team and help drive growth in a premium customer base.

Office Location: Broxbourne area, 1 day a week in office

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role: You'll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of high-end clients including 5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, top-tier contract caterers, and ambitious independents. Your mission? To nurture existing relationships and unlock new business opportunities across London's vibrant food scene.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of premium accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to strategic growth
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Build strong relationships across the industry

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in the fresh produce sector (sales experience not essential)
  • Deep knowledge of fruit & veg and the London food scene
  • Well-connected within the industry
  • Commercially savvy and confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
