As the successful National Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping long‑term, trusted partnerships with key customers within Grocery while driving commercial growth across a diverse portfolio. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led position where you’ll serve as the go‑to contact for one of our clients most strategic and largest customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Day‑to‑day, you’ll negotiate contracts, lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and influence decisions that directly contribute to commercial success.

It’s a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and takes pride in balancing commercial impact with outstanding client experience.

Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent.
