Job Description
A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Key Account Manager to join the team in their Foodservice and Manufacturing space.
This is a fantastic opportunity designed for someone with proven Foodservice channel experience, who is ready to take on account responsibility and grow into a more senior role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of Foodservice and Manufacturing customers.
- Build strong relationships across independent, restaurant, catering, and manufacturing accounts.
- Learn and understand the organisation’s systems, structure, and customer base in preparation for a future NAM-level role.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day account management.
- Contribute to channel success through strong commercial awareness and results-driven activity.
- Operate effectively within a competitive environment, meeting agreed targets and supporting business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within the Foodservice channel and account management.
- Track record selling into manufacturers (advantageous).
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to converse at all levels.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ambition to progress into a higher-level commercial role within 18–24 months.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
