Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll combine hands‑on HR business partnering with exciting people projects, giving you the opportunity to build your experience across the full employee lifecycle while making a genuine impact on the wider People agenda.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coach and challenge managers to build their confidence and capability.
  • Identify people risks and opportunities and take ownership of solutions.

Performance & Talent

  • Support the annual performance and talent cycle, including performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Help managers identify development opportunities, address performance challenges and build high-performing teams.
  • Support manager training and development initiatives.

Culture & Engagement

  • Help turn employee survey feedback into meaningful action.
  • Support initiatives focused on engagement, inclusion, DEI and company values.

  • Support salary benchmarking and annual pay review processes.
  • Ensure core People processes are delivered consistently and effectively.

Strategic Projects

  • Work closely with the HR Director on business‑wide People priorities and strategic projects.
  • Take ownership of project workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives through to completion.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll have experience in a generalist People/HR role, with exposure to areas such as recruitment, performance management and supporting managers. You’ll also bring:

  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
