The Role: As part of this position, you will be accountable for maximising the P&L performance of your business unit with your team. As the Head of Sales, you will provide the vision and leadership to motivate and inspire internal teams along with external customers. You will work cross-functionally to create and invest in the growth strategy that includes all elements of the customer requirements. You will have a team of direct reports, so a large part of this role will be leading and coaching the team to ensure best-in-class performance!

The ideal fit:

  • Operated successfully at Head of/Account Director level or be at Controller level and ready for the next step in your career
  • Essential: Grocery experience
  • Ideally: eCommerce experience is beneficial
  • Able to create winning teams!
  • Ideally have experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare
  • Customer centricity with a strong service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

Salary: Up to £100,000 and a strong benefits package.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in West London HQ.
