The Role
As the Head of Sales you will provide the vision and leadership to motivate, inspire internal teams along with external customers. You will work cross functionally to create and invest for the growth strategy that includes all elements of the customer requirements. You will have a team of direct reports, so a large part of this role will be leading and coaching the team to ensure best in class performance!
eCommerce is at the core of our clients business so someone that understands and has worked with Amazon, and other online retailers is crucial.
The ideal fit
- Operated successfully at Head of/Account Director level or be at Controller level and ready for the next step in your career
- Essential: eCommerce (Amazon understanding is ideal!)
- Ideally: Grocery experience
- Able to create winning teams!
- Ideally have experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare experience
- Customer centricity with a strong service orientation
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Salary: Up to £100,000 and a strong benefits package.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in West London HQ.
