We’re hiring on behalf of a leading music merchandise and media company that works with globally recognised artists and music brands. They’re looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join their growing team and lead the day-to-day operations of their Shopify stores.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple artist and retail Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operations and best-in-class customer journeys
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences
  • Monitor KPIs like traffic, conversion, and customer satisfaction to drive growth
  • Oversee customer service platforms (e.g. Asana, Gorgias, Zendesk) to ensure fans receive exceptional support
  • Optimise product listings, pricing, and inventory to maximise sales

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, ideally with Shopify
  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer support tools and direct-to-fan service
  • A passion for music and digital commerce
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Klayvio), basic HTML, and project management platforms
