The Role
As the successful Commercial Strategy Director you will be a key member of the UK leadership team contributing to the overall UK business strategy. This is a high-impact role for a problem solver and leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution and data-driven insight-based decision making. This role is responsible for initiating and delivering change projects intended to drive significant efficiency and effectiveness across the business, with a focus on large scale systems or process changes.
The ideal fit
- Operated successfully within Net Revenue / Commercial Operations – a breadth of experience is preferred.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional team members and stakeholders on all levels in an executive consultation, problem-solving, constructive manner.
- Champion a customer focused environment by maintaining a deep and practical understanding of customer needs.
- Experience of complex and significant change programmes or projects.
- Knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance regulations.
Salary: £competitive six figure salary with an attractive benefits package.
Location: West London HQ based, with a requirement of being in the HQ circa 2 days per week.
