The Role As Marketing Manager – Creator Partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s mission to empower content creators.

You’ll lead innovative creator acquisition and advocacy programmes, build and manage strategic partnerships, and drive measurable growth across our client’s community.

From designing referral schemes and managing Discord engagement to negotiating contracts and tracking campaign ROI, you’ll be the key connector between creators, content, and commercial success.

This role demands a deep understanding of the creator economy, especially You Tube, and a hands‑on approach to community building, content strategy, and data‑driven marketing.

The ideal fit 4‑6 years in a creator, influencer or community marketing, partnership development, or creator relations — ideally within You Tube, music, or Saa S/creator‑tool environments Fluent in creator culture and understand platform dynamics, especially You Tube growth, monetisation, and algorithmic impact.
