The Role

As the successful Business Unit Head you will be expected to deliver the strategy for the foodservice & B2B channel delivering competitive advantage. You will be responsible for driving total Foodservice Sales Growth, taking full ownership of the Foodservice & B2B Channels. As the Business Unit Head you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of direct reports. This role is a high profile position internally as you will play a leading part in the creation of the future vision for the strategy of the business.

Requirements
  • Have current experience in a Head of / Leadership role.
  • Strong track record of developing and winning business within Foodservice.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs in Foodservice, including menu trends, operational challenge and supply chain solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills gained through managing a team of direct reports.
  • Preferably be degree educated or equivalent.

Up to £120,000 plus benefits package.
