Business Development Manager – Foodservice/Wholesale/QSR

Our client is a leading food packaging manufacturer dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to the foodservice industry. With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), B2B, Wholesale and foodservice distributors.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our clients team as a BDM. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with QSR customers, B2B, Wholesale and foodservice distributors. You will play a key role in driving our growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and advancing our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice industry, with a focus on QSR, B2B, Wholesale and distributors.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights and guidance to the executive team.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners while delivering compelling sales presentations.
