The role:
- As the successful Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of key Grocery customers with full responsibility.
- You will also be responsible for leading the expansion into other Grocery customers.
- You will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth within your accounts.
- It is important that you are keen to work with the wider team and be collaborative.
The ideal fit:
- Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent.
- Have a broad customer experience across Grocery and other channels.
- Ideally have commodity experience.
- Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen.
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches.
- Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate.
- Comfortable working in a small dynamic team.
- Self starter.
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus benefits package including car allowance, bonus and other company performance related bonuses.
Location: Field based. Expectation to be in Midlands HQ circa 2 days per month.
