You will need to be a naturally competitive, results-oriented seller who can build strong relationships and self-manage their workload.
This market-leading ophthalmic company has employees singing their praises - they are continually described as having an open and caring culture that values the welfare of both employees and customers who use their premium technical lenses. They are looking for enthusiastic people with a can-do attitude, and in return, they will offer healthcare and pension benefits.

- Providing excellent customer service to your accounts by maintaining regular contact and following up with any key requirements
- Achieving (and ideally over-achieving) the agreed sales targets, through new and existing accounts
- Training customers on the best use of the product portfolio, demonstrating key benefits and providing technical support when required
- Self-managing your day-to-day based on company objectives and your performance data
Ideally, you will be based in the North West and can travel around this territory to meet customers regularly. You will have previous field-based sales experience as well as industry experience working with ophthalmic lenses.

- A results-oriented salesperson; you are determined to be the best in the industry
- Good relationship-building abilities with a persuasive and professional approach to communication
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to self-monitor and work to your initiative
- An existing knowledge of the optical market (or similar industry) with the desire to become a true industry expert
