Our client is looking for an Ultrasound Applications Specialist to join their team across the North East of the UK and work with a portfolio at the top of the market.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the sales team in generating new sales growth for a leading Ultrasound equipment portfolio by providing clinical and technical support for our client’s customers. Exceptional customer service will be your priority – you’ll use your expertise to provide product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage.

Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Managing all post-sales customer product and applications training
  • Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
  • Identifying and documenting all key influencers within your accounts
  • Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers
  • Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
  • Creating supporting documentation for products including formal applications reports

A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based in North East, UK.

You’ll have at least one year’s experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:

  • Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
  • Experience working within the commercial sector, with demonstrable customer service skills, is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • A full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory
  • Driven, energetic and charismatic
