Our client is looking for an Ultrasound Applications Specialist to join their team across the North East of the UK and work with a portfolio at the top of the market. What you’ll be doing You’ll support the sales team in generating new sales growth for a leading Ultrasound equipment portfolio by providing clinical and technical support for our client’s customers. Exceptional customer service will be your priority – you’ll use your expertise to provide product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage. Your day to day might look a little like this: Managing all post-sales customer product and applications training Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process Identifying and documenting all key influencers within your accounts Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies Creating supporting documentation for products including formal applications reports A bit about you Ideally, you’ll be based in North East, UK. You’ll have at least one year’s experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment. A few other key skills our client is looking for: Degree Educated in a relevant discipline Experience working within the commercial sector, with demonstrable customer service skills, is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively A full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory Driven, energetic and charismatic Want to hear more?
