What you’ll be doing

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing customer relationships to maximize their value and ensure long-term satisfaction. You’ll focus on retention, expansion, and adoption of the company portfolio of products and services.

Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Act as the main point of contact for existing customers and build strong relationships to understand customer needs, challenges and goals
  • Drive subscription renewals by ensuring customers see value in the portfolio and services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure customers are utilizing Autodesk software and other solutions effectively
  • Monitor client satisfaction and success metrics
  • Track customer usage, health scores, and engagement metrics

A bit about you

This is a UK based remote role.

You’ll have a deep understanding of the industries Autodesk serves: AEC: Building design, construction management, and infrastructure. Plus, 3 years in SaaS sales.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:

  • Great understanding of the market dynamics and trends
  • Ability to think strategically, identifying local market opportunities and designing sales plans
  • A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • High-energy and self-motivated
  • Results-oriented with a proven track of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent by relevant experience
