The role
For the UK and European markets, you’ll lead, motivate and inspire the creation of solutions that are robust, scalable, and – most importantly – exceed customer expectations. By maximising the value of our client’s technology during client meetings and product demonstrations, your role will be key to transforming pre-sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Bringing strategic guidance, technical expertise and a sense of leadership
- Supporting the development evaluation reports, solution designs, and scope of work definitions
- Incorporating software architecture and workflows into solutions
- Keeping up to date with the market and joining relevant industry events
- Travelling nationally and internationally, up to 40%
The requirements
This role is for candidates with strong practical engineering experience, ideally working with cloud-based solutions, as well as: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Computing discipline
- Proven experience leading customer-facing sales support teams
- Knowledge of packaging regulations and industry
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce)
- General coding knowledge, including python
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Tenacious and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Personable and customer-focused
