Do you want to develop quickly within a supportive environment?

A little bit about us! At FMC, we work across niche technical markets on high-value projects for exciting and innovative global brands. Be it F1 teams, cutting-edge medical technology companies or global software brands, our ‘boutique’ approach to recruitment is what sets us apart from other firms.

To what do we owe our success? The amazing people who work here. A classic rejection story of the ‘corporate’ way, five friends created FMC to smash through the usual recruiter stereotypes. We have forged an environment where people are valued for who they are and are able to flourish in line with their personal and professional goals. And we are doing this all in four working days…not five!

The Recruitment Consultant identifies and delivers on mostly contingent technical recruitment services, with a focus on the candidate side of the process. Delivers consistent fee performance. Owns the value chain from candidate identification to placement. Mitigates risks. Delivers highest standards of candidate experience. It is expected that approximately 80% of your time will be focused on service delivery and 20% on maintaining systems and data quality.

What are we looking for? We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Motorsport team. The team specialises across motorsport and automotive markets, so a passion for all things Motorsport, F1, IndyCar would be beneficial. We’ve worked with 8 of the 10 teams on the F1 grid so passion is essential and is what sets us apart from the rest.

These are the characteristics we look for in everyone:

  • Commercial acumen
  • First-class communication skills
  • Tenacity
  • Entrepreneurial flair
  • Positivity
  • Individuality

Why work at FMC? The real question is why not! We are a conscientious business that puts our people at the centre of it all. Our culture is one that gives back as much as it gets.
