If you join our client, they\’ll value you as their number one asset. With a reputation for delivering products over a range of vascular access devices, neonatal care products and anaesthesia products to name a few, they understand the importance of supporting their people to push the limits.
What you’ll be doing
As a Product Specialist, you will develop a pipeline of business to ensure sustainable growth for the territory and use account planning tools to prepare account plans for major/ key accounts, in conjunction with other company personnel.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Achieve objectives & KPI’s as agreed with the National Sales Manager
• Identify, develop and provide an excellent service to all customers
• Actively prospect and record new opportunities and all activity in CRM
• Plan and prioritise sales activities that drive customer engagement and progression of pipeline
• Provide critical information and market intelligence that support the commercial team for tender processes
• Monitor sales metrics and support demand management with accurate forecasting of new business
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in South, UK.
You’ll have at least 18 months solid medical device sales experience, with an excellent demonstrable sales track record. Account management experience, experience of selling at medical consultant and senior nursing decision maker level is also essential.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
• High level of organisational skills
• Strong written and creative verbal communication skills, good IT knowledge
• An ability to build credibility when customer-facing to gain trust in customers
• Team player, motivated to work towards a shared business unit goal of remaining market leader across their portfolio
