What will your day to day look like?
- You’ll take ownership of sales growth across your territory, building relationships with healthcare professionals and helping more patients access specialist consumable products across renal and oncology pathways.
- Grow sales and increase market share across your assigned portfolio.
- Cover a territory across Essex, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, balancing customer visits, account growth and field-based activity.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across community and acute settings.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new account entry and growth within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to wider business goals.
- Support patient adoption through a referral-based sales model.
- Run regular business reviews to track performance, progress and follow-up actions.
- Use sales data and customer insight to shape activity and improve results.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the NHS landscape, including Integrated Care Systems and local priorities.
- Work closely with internal teams and sales leadership to deliver against strategy.
- Keep CRM records, account information and activity updates accurate and up to date.
- Balance field-based customer engagement with administrative tasks and internal meetings.
